About Ekaterina Mouratova

Ekaterina Mouratova is a founder of The Law Firm of Ekaterina Mouratova, PLLC. She focuses her practice on general business and corporate law, securities regulations, intellectual property, and immigration matters. Having comprehensive education both in civil and common law systems and precise understanding of multi-cultural practices allows Ms. Mouratova to successfully represent domestic and international clients.

Ekaterina represents individuals and companies in a broad range of industries, including sales, services, productions, manufacture, e-commerce, financial, entertainment and many others. She is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and a pro bono attorney at the New York City Bar Association the Neighborhood Entrepreneur Law Project (an organization that provides mid- and low-income entrepreneurs with free legal services in their business matters).

In 2013 Ms. Mouratova authored and published a book – Business Law for Entrepreneurs. A Legal Guide to Doing Business in the United States. This book is a useful assistant to entrepreneurs, business owners, managers, and other professionals on every stage of their business development, from the start-up to the further functioning of the company. By publishing this book Ekaterina aimed to give access to the vital legal information to a wider audience than any particular client who benefits from a legal consultation. She wrote this book to provide support and guidance to the starting entrepreneurs, as well as to the owners of the established companies.
