Our law firm specializes in 3 areas of law: Criminal Law (focusing on clients who do not have a criminal record), Military Law and Disciplinary Law (professional ethics).

The firm is situated at the heart of the business center in Ramat Gan, but we provide our legal services across the country and appear before all the courts and tribunals in Israel.

It is highly experienced in convincing the prosecution (in pre-trial hearings) not to submit indictments, in litigating complex cases in courts and tribunals, canceling pending criminal indictments, acquittal of defendants and ending criminal cases with a no- conviction verdict.

We are available at all times, 24 hours a day, and travel outside of Israel to provide our clients with legal advice.

All attorneys employed in our law firm are experienced trial Lawyers, former State Prosecutors or served in the Israeli Security Services, and are certified to provide legal representation in court martial proceedings held at the Israeli Military Courts.

The founder and head of the law firm, attorney Guy Flanter, comes from a South African and German background. He was born in Israel in 1965, raised and educated in Israel & the U.S., and is fluent in both Hebrew & English languages.

Mr. Flanter graduated the Israeli Military Officers Training School with distinction, selected as the finest cadet. After completing the Israeli Intelligence Officers training course, he served in the Israeli Army, as Captain in the Intelligence Corps.

Immediately after finishing his Military Service, Mr. Flanter served in the Israeli Security Forces, dealing with Anti-Terrorism.

Mr. Flanter studied Law at Warwick University, England and graduated (1993) attaining LL.B with Honors and in 1995 was admitted to the Israeli Bar Association.

After completing his internship with some of Israel's finest white collar law firms, Mr. Flanter served in the Israeli State Prosecution, representing the State of Israel in various criminal cases as a Prosecutor. As a Prosecutor for the State of Israel, he conducted criminal prosecutions in all the Peace Courts of the Central District, prosecuted "serious crime" cases in the Tel Aviv District Court and appeared in various Criminal Appeals for the State.

In 1999, Mr. Flanter resigned from the State Prosecution and established an independent Law Firm that practices Criminal & Military Law in Israel, focusing on representing clients who do not have a criminal record.

Mr. Flanter is a certified Advocate in the Israeli Military Courts (2000). He serves as both a Prosecutor and Defense Attorney in disciplinary proceedings held by the Israeli Bar Association and is a member of the IAJLJ (the International Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists) and various committees including the Criminal Procedure Committee, the Prosecution Committee, the Army & Security Committee, and the Criminal Lawyers Forum.
