What Is a joint simplified dissolution in Chicago?
A friend told me about this type of divorce and that it’s the fastest way to get divorced in Illinois. My wife and I have only lived in Chicago for two months. Is that long enough to file here? Also, what do you have to have to get the joint simplified dissolution? How much faster is it than a regular divorce? I would like a Turkish lawyer please as that is where my wife and I were born and raised.
