About Lihong Li

Mr. Lihong Li is a licensed lawyer at Guangdong Kunlun Law Office and a member of the All China Lawyer's Association. His practicing areas include company formation (including JV & WOFE), corporate law, contract law, M&A, IP protection, employment law, due dilligence investigation, litigation & arbitration, immigration law, legal translation(Chinese/English), etc.

Lihong received his Bacheloe of laws from Shandong University, School of Law. He also holds a Master of Law in International Business Law and Diploma in Management from McGill University and a Master of Law in Law and Technology from the University of Ottawa.

Lihong began his legal career as an attorney with two leading law firms in Guangzhou. Prior to joining Kunlun Law Office, Lihong worked as a legal consultant at the Guangzhou office of a foreign law firm. Lihong had also worked as a government officer with the Guangdong Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau (QTSB) where he assisted in the enforcement of regulations concerning anti-counterfeiting, product quality supervision, standardization, metrological supervision, and related measures. In addition to his legal practice, Lihong has taught as a lecturer in law in various schools and universities in Guangzhou.
