Prior to joining the firm, Nick served as a prosecutor at the Pima County Attorney’s Office where he led the Fraud Unit and prosecuted a wide variety of felony and misdemeanor cases. He has experience in handling criminal cases at every stage of the process, from issuing through disposition. He has also tried numerous felony and misdemeanor cases before juries.
Nick has also worked as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Janet C. Bostwick of the Pima County Superior Court and as a judicial extern for the Hon. Jennifer G. Zipps of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2018. He obtained a dual bachelor’s degree in Law and German from Trinity College Dublin in 2016. Nick is a passionate advocate and skilled litigator who fights tirelessly to give his clients the best defense possible.
