Olesia Y. Belchenko
Olesia Y. Belchenko, P.A.
I focus my practice on resolution of all forms of business and commercial disputes in Florida state and federal courts, and before a lawsuit is commenced. To a number of my clients, I also serve as outside counsel, providing incorporation and corporate book maintenance services, registering their trademarks, and preparing agreements specific to their areas of business.
I tend to the needs of the Russian-speaking business community of South Florida, including, as a Florida co-counsel to Russia-based law firms representing my clients there. My clients are diverse, and range from small businesses to those with over 200 employees; from restaurant establishments to supplement manufacturers to engineering and construction companies; and are based, primarily, in the United States, Russia, and Latin America.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Political Science, with honors, from Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana, and my law degree from the University of Miami School of Law.
I am admitted to practice in Florida state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
