About Truc Tran

Truc Tran is an associate general counsel of Hire Quest, LLC. Truc was born in Vietnam and immigrated to the United States with her family when she was three years old. She has lived in South Carolina ever since. Truc graduated from the College of Charleston with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and received her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school, she clerked for a large defense firm as well as a plaintiff’s litigation firm. Upon graduation, she served as the Judicial Law Clerk to Circuit Court Judge D. Craig Brown, 12th Judicial Circuit. She then returned to Charleston and worked as an Assistant Solicitor with the 9th Circuit Solicitor’s office, prosecuting a wide range of criminal matters.
