Victor Garnice
Garnice Law PLL
Attorney Victor A. Garnice is a native New Yorker, he worked his way through Brooklyn Law School where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. He fulfilled his military commitment in the Air Force during the Vietnam War years. After passing the Arizona bar examination in 1976, he first served as a staff attorney for a major corporation. But he harbored a deep desire to help individuals and families. In 1979, he prevailed in hotly contested child custody litigation against overwhelming odds. Since then, he has handled family law matters almost exclusively. It is his passion, and he brings that passion to every case, whether in court filings, in the courtroom, or in negotiation.
Mr. Garnice is admitted to practice in both Arizona and New York, as well as in six Federal court jurisdictions. He has served two terms as a Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Pro Tempore and as an arbitrator. A veteran attorney and litigator, his experience with matters regarding real estate, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation provides additional insight into the complex aspects of family law issues his clients may face.
